In this challenging position, you will be responsible for the development, management and coordination of all regulatory affairs topics. 

  • You take responsibility for all regulatory topics of the group related to chemicals management (e.g. REACH, GHS, SDS)
  • You manage the group-wide internal communication process regarding future regulatory affairs developments and operate in committees and towards our customers
  • You coordinate all REACH activities of the group
  • You will act as a link between the company and national/international regulatory authorities, organizations and consortiums
  • You represent Vynova Group in chemicals management working groups and meetings of industry associations
  • You report directly to the VP QSHE.


  • You have a Master’s Degree in sciences or in engineering (chemical/environmental engineering) or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 10 years experience in a chemical environment and ideally a minimum of 3 years experience in regulatory affairs
  • You have a proven track record in implementing regulatory standards (REACH, GHS)
  • You have knowledge of transfer management
  • You are a team player with effective negotiation and cooperation abilities
  • You have strong communication skills in English; any further European language (Dutch, French, German) is an advantage
  • You have intercultural competence
  • You are willing to travel on weekly basis from your location (either company premises or home office)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
